THE ENTIRE STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR CREOLE. WE RESCUED HIM FROM A SHELTER AND EVER SINCE WE GOT HIM, HE HAS HAD ALL SORTS OF ILLNESSES. DR. LAURA AND ELIZABETH (TECHNICIAN) HAVE HELPED ME EMOTIONALLY WITH HOW TO GET CREOLE BETTER AND WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS. HE IS NOW, GETTING BACK TO BEING HEALTHY AND I OWE IT ALL TO THE LADIES AT CROSSROADS ANIMAL CLINIC. AND WHEN YES, THEY ARE PART OF THE FAMILY TO US!!!

Dr. Tovrea is the best! She has personally taken care of Dotti since I got her at 8 weeks old. I have her personal cellphone number if I ever have a question or need her outside of work hours and she responds immediately. Dr. Tovrea makes sure her staff are as committed as she is, and they go above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. When Dotti got into something she wasn't supposed to eat, Dr. Tovrea called the emergency vet to be ready for us on a weekend, during COVID, and they took Dotti right into the clinic and saved her. Dr. Tovrea gave me supplies to keep one of my dogs alive who was in kidney failure until I was ready to say goodbye, and she has also assisted me with euthanasia when one of my pets was old and/or sick and it was their time to cross the bridge. She stayed with me the entire time and held my pet with me. Dr. Tovrea is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, dedicated, and loving veterinarian - the best I've found in 60 years of owning pets.
